A unique blend of meditation, mindful listening, uninterrupted time to think/talk, group support and coaching.

  • Provides a “sacred” space for each member to “think out loud” and express him/herself freely.

  • Helps participants learn how to actively and mindfully listen to one another.

  • Participants are guided to define personal goals, design action plans and take concrete actions toward goals.
  • Participants are encouraged to engage in self-discovery and self-awareness so goals, action plans and ideas accurately reflect personal values and beliefs.

Group Coaching Sessions

  1. Clearing: Each participant is invited to verbally express and clear out of the way an issue that is on his/her mind. All members listen quietly as each shares during this time. No responses or feedback. *NOTE: Coaching is not therapy. Participants are encouraged to briefly express issues so they don’t get in the way of the valuable progress or gains brought about through the Mindful Wellness Group Coaching process.
  2. Meditation: 5-10 minute silent meditation.
  3. Coaching and Uninterrupted Time to Think/Talk: Each participant shares progress toward a goal. Participants are coached during this time. All other participants listen quietly.
  4. Positive Group Support: Participants are invited to take turns sharing thoughts, ideas, encouragement, and support with other group members.
  5. Gratitude: Sessions close with gratitude expressed for shared time and support.
